Rhona Simpson: Our estate agency department is headed up by our partner Rhona Simpson. Rhona has over fifteen years experience in handling the sale of property in the Highlands.

As a qualified solicitor she will supervise your entire transaction from the moment you ask us to sell your home to when you receive your money on completion of the conveyancing formalities.

She is also there to help with your next purchase ensuring that the whole process of moving house is as streamlined as possible.

She says "My main aim is to give clients a real one-stop house moving service tailored to individual needs. I can help with not only buying or selling a house but also renting should this be your preferred option. Helen Giles: Helen has worked in our estate agency department for eleven years. She has recently been promoted to the role of Property Manager having successfully achieved the SPC Scotland Residential Sales Qualification Award of Sales Administrator and also completing the CAIRN Pre-sale Valuing Training Module.

Helen sums up her approach to her role as Property Manager: "It is a common fact that selling your home is one of the most stressful things you will ever do. It is my and my colleagues' job to ease you through the selling process and make it as painless as possible. As far as I'm concerned every property is important be it a one bedroom flat or a five bedroom detached villa. I look forward with enthusiasm to meeting with clients and presenting their own unique style of living to a prospective purchaser".

Julie Dyce: Julie has been with South Forrest since 2002, and has over 14 years experience in property sales. Her wealth of estate agency experience is invaluable in the ever changing Highland property market. Julie deals with all aspects of estate agency and aims to provide clients with the best possible service.
